QR Park Reader
With the QR code signs, the Park Reader can take anyone on a voyage of discovery. Anywhere you see a sign with QR code, there's something special to be discovered about people, buildings, art and culture. Scan the signs with your mobile and the world grows bigger.
What was the previous function of the building where you can now find the Baker’s Shop? What was cleaned in the Purification Hall? Who designed the park? Who was the first inhabitants of the Villa? If you see a sign with a QR code, it means that you can access special information about that location on the Internet. You simply scan and read in this code using the QR application on your mobile telephone.
The QR Park Reader is part of The Urban Park Laboratories (UPlabs), a project of the Westergasfabriek Foundation, developed in cooperation with the Westergasfabriek BV.
The Westergasfabriek Foundation gives the Westergasfabriek a cultural identity by initiating and supporting cultural projects. Visit the UPLabs website.
