Until now, Proef restaurant has always been open for dinner, but from 20 April you’ll also be able to eat there from 12:00 to 16:00, Wednesday to Sunday – high teas are for groups of ten or more

Proef is all about sharing and tasting together. Don’t expect formal dining here: come and enjoy the cheerful, no-nonsense atmosphere and the good quality food.

Proef uses only fresh seasonal and often local organic products in its dishes. The delicious meat, cheeses and fresh organic vegetables come from the Lindenhoff farm in Baambrugge. And Proef also serves Diny Schouten’s fine sliced cold meats. The tasty pastries and deserts are made by chef Niek himself.

Disappear into the kitchen garden, have a chat with the chickens, or enjoy a business or romantic meal for two inside – or eat with a group of up to 35.
