Venue

The Transformatorhuis (Trafo House) is well suited to a night-club style interior with lounge sofas or an atmospheric dining space with long set tables. Speakers at international conferences such as The Next Web and Picnic Cross Media Week appear here before audiences of around 500.

Building history

In 1904, this building housed a plant producing carburetted water gas. The Amsterdam energy company later used it as a transformer workshop.
